Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Global visual merchandising strategies
  • Propose creative ideas to upgrade European in-store VM
  • Create and maintain visually appealing and on-brand store displays and layouts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for cohesive brand messaging
  • Train and support store staff on visual merchandising standards
  • Implement regular communication with all stores & markets for feedback
  • Conduct regular store visits for compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Analyze sales data and market trends for informed decisions
  • Manage the visual merchandising budget and resources
  • Manage stock of props in the Warehouse and in store
  • Coordinate with product development team for showcasing new products
  • Plan and execute seasonal displays aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
  • Propose attractive windows, props & tools to upgrade VM
  • Collaborate closely with US HQ teams
  • Develop and distribute visual merchandising guidelines
  • Work with store design team to optimize layouts and customer flow
  • Support store openings with VM requirements
  • Evaluate effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives
