Account Executive

• Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients.
• Acquire high value app business agreements through external workforce prospecting, cold calling, pitching and closing.
• Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals utilizing the full workspace of Google’s apps marketing solutions.
• Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long ­term success for our customer.
• Deliver consistently against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
• Ability to communicate in English and German, Ukrainian or Russian fluently to support clients in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Google Ads and other mobile advertising channels.
• Knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), first-party measurement SDKs (e.g., Firebase), SKAN, etc.
• Ability to expand personal internal and external networking in the ecosystem to drive collaborations.
• Strong data analytics and technical skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
