Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor Luxury Travel Advisors, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, growth, and outstanding member service.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth members by developing a deep understanding of their preferences, priorities, and travel styles.
  • Oversee and contribute to bespoke itineraries spanning luxury hotels, private villas, premium air travel, private transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences.
  • Guide sophisticated, multi-layered trips from concept through execution, ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly delivered.
  • Develop relationships with leading hotels, destination management companies, villa partners, local concierges, and other suppliers to unlock experiences for members.
  • Anticipate challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and ensure members feel supported throughout every stage of their journey.
  • Coach, train, and share expertise with team members to strengthen their destination knowledge, client skills, and commercial judgment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service standards, and operational efficiency while preserving a highly personalized approach.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of emerging destinations, new hotel openings, exclusive experiences, and evolving trends across the global luxury market.
  • Oversee multiple high-value and highly detailed trips simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with Sabre Global Distribution System, Salesforce customer relationship management, or similar travel-industry tools.
