  • Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of ezCater's social media strategy across all channels/business units
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of social media projects from conceptualization to completion. Maintain accountability for overall quality of social media work
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and programs that educate and activate our prospects and customers and support larger brand and content marketing initiatives
  • Lead ezCater's social video content strategy and production, growing and elevating ezCater's use of video across social media channels. Create content that is highly shareable, engaging and supports brand and business objectives
  • Establish yourself as the in-house expert for these ever-evolving channels and have your finger on the pulse of emerging platforms, technologies, and tactics
  • Work closely with the brand marketing, creative, and growth teams to support integrated campaigns and inform creative tests
  • Test and expand into new channels, tactics, and content types
  • Manage content creation and curation process for paid social media in collaboration with your colleagues in brand and digital marketing
  • Drive brand awareness, trust, and engagement and understand which KPIs to measure against these objectives
  • Work closely with colleagues in analytics and data science to properly measure and attribute the value of your channels to our business metrics
  • Provide reporting and insights on performance and key learnings to colleagues and leadership
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage new partners, tools and resources
  • Manage relationships with outside partners. Guide external agency partners to create social content that is on-strategy and on-brand
  • Build and execute a holistic, year-round content strategy and calendar to support multiple business channels and initiatives
  • Lead community management and moderation of all social media channels
  • Monitor social space for conversations, activities, and trends of competitors/like-minded brands
