Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years of games industry experience in a leadership role in game production or development project management
  • Solid understanding of the entire game development lifecycle (GDLC)
  • Experience in game development and publishing covering traditional single player games as well as GaaS/Live Service games
  • Ability to review & analyze development stage deliverables; creative, financial, and business related
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Drive, manage and facilitate the global portfolio title review process across PlayStation Studios
  • Foster positive and collaborative working relationships with development teams, executive leadership, and support groups
  • Pro-actively monitor the portfolio of games in development at PlayStation Studios and identify the ideal timing for reviews, follow-up actions and escalations
  • Recommend and help drive solutions, opportunities, and mitigate risks based on title review and assessment
  • Continuously develop, refine, and implement process improvements
  • Maintain a knowledgebase of best practices and metrics that teams can use to approach their challenges from different perspectives
