Requirements
  • 1-4 years of direct Account Management experience
  • Experience managing a book of business and demonstrated success identifying renewal and expansion opportunities and retaining an existing book of accounts
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high cadence environment and have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must have knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience driving platform adoption and user expansion, recurring attendance via strong agendas and post session follow-up, troubleshooting platform issues and driving support resolution
  • You can work remotely if you live in the following location: Greater Kansas City MO./KS. areas
Responsibilities
  • You will be working with a variety of 60 accounts to develop trusted relationships with decision makers to understand their strategic goals
  • You will create a plan to execute customer goals using the BrightEdge platform and work within the account to achieve this value
  • You will identify potential risk and understand customer level of adoption and work collaboratively with other teams to create a solution to ensure customer happiness
  • Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans
  • You will add value and platform expertise to grow customer usage of BrightEdge within each account: Introduce new features and best practices
  • Develop new materials - presentations, roll-out plans, and proposals
  • Track and report on key metrics for customer success
