  • High school diploma or GED required; A.S./B.S. preferred
  • 4 years related experience in maintenance planning
  • Proficient experience with MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS
  • Demonstrate strong math skills and part print interpretation skills including tolerances, GD&T, materials and processes
  • Must be capable and willing to work in a machining environment requiring the use of cutting fluids and oils.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare work kits for every planned maintenance activity, inclusive of repetitive maintenance.
  • Plan and arrange activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site operations and its processes.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly planning meetings related with maintenance.
  • Execute maintenance planning techniques to improve overall efficiency (MPE).
  • Collect drawings, manuals, and other support documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
  • Execute modification in maintenance records and key equipment with significant spares during set-up of reorder levels along with quantities.
  • Send equipment/part out for repairs, track status of repairs and report to management.
  • Perform administrative duties in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Generate weekly Maintenance performance data as required (KPI’s).
  • Set up and train new employees on CMMS.
  • Make changes to PM frequency, addendums, or setup for any new equipment and existing.
  • Coordinate plant shutdowns to attain all essential schedules.
  • Understand and follow the Jackson site’s environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with (ALL) Mfg. Services daily activities.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Contractor Management to include all EHS compliance, project scope and scheduling.
