- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior caregiver experience working in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
Platinum Communities runs nine senior housing campuses in Southeast Wisconsin that include senior apartments, assisted living, memory care, and respite care. It offers a continuum of care so residents can age in place by moving between levels within the same community as needs change. Care is delivered with 24‑hour staff, medication management, help with daily activities, engaging activities, and amenities like private apartments, restaurant-style dining, and transportation. Being family-owned and locally operated gives a personal touch across campuses, and the goal is to help residents age with dignity while giving families peace of mind.
