  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve their sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance and provide guidance.
  • Implement customer insights mechanisms, knowing their needs, with you being the main point of contact in different cities or states.
