We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of our marketing solutions products with specific focus on leading the LMS’s flagship advertiser facing platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and launching products and platform capabilities, and integrations with internal and external products to make it effortless for our advertisers to work with us, and maximize value they get from doing business with LinkedIn. .
This role will partner closely with our Director of Product Management and a cross functional team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists to build a suite of products and platform capabilities, leveraging the state-of-art technologies and experiences enabling richer and more robust feature availability to help our customers succeed in their marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from cross-functional team members and executives for you vision and strategy.
- Drive product requirements, product roadmap and product design of new features and enhancements by synthesizing needs from interactions with advertisers, LinkedIn members, sales, operation, legal, and engineering teams.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and product design to build, release, and promote new features.
- Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.
- Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
- Lead Competitive analysis to maintain view of how LMS business platform space is evolving and customer expectations. Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Experience building enterprise platforms for global companies or diverse customer base (direct, agencies, partnerships)
- Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
- Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including keen understanding of mobile, social, and advertising ecosystem in b2b space.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $201, 000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
