  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and workflow optimization
  • Experience of managing demand and acting as Product Owner for enterprise applications
  • Good project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects and coordinate implementation teams
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working across corporate functions
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks is highly desirable

Responsibilities
  • Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for managing and gathering business demand across corporate areas
  • Managing end-to-end IT delivery of ServiceNow projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Defining and overseeing testing strategies for ServiceNow processes
  • Coordinating third-line application support to resolve incidents and ensure ServiceNow solutions meet SLAs
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within ServiceNow processes and workflows
  • Providing guidance and technical expertise to junior team members and Application Analysts
  • Investigating new application solutions for Corporate IT and working with external vendors

Iberdrola invests in RTS for innovation

Iberdrola, through its Perseo startup program, has invested in the startup Revestimientos Técnicos Sostenibles (RTS) to advance innovative solutions for marine wind energy and energy-efficient building rehabilitation.
