Requirements
  • BA, BS, or MS degree in Computer Science or related field, and 10+ years of experience
  • Collaborative and proactive engineer with strong technical leadership qualities
  • Consistently delivered high quality enterprise software with a bias for action
  • Excellent design and coding skills in any one of Python, C++, Go
  • Ability to collaborate and solve broad problems spanning multiple teams
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate that to design and code
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving agile environment
  • Finely tuned critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of standard data structures and algorithms
Responsibilities
  • Be part of the Nutanix Lifecycle Management software team and design/develop software framework to manage lifecycle of distributed software systems
  • Manage and mentor a small team of engineers in planning and monitoring their deliverables, through code reviews, design reviews
  • Provide operational and technical guidance on a day/day basis
  • Interact with other teams across the system software stack and across geographies to clearly communicate and express your technical views and design
