AI Lead

What You'll Do?

• Market Leadership & Execution
• Ø  Translate Edelman’s global AI strategy into Middle East-specific priorities and programs.
• Ø  Embed AI tools and practices across business lines and accounts.
• Ø  Activate and grow the AI Ambassador network and enablement ecosystem.
• Ø Lead adoption of proprietary AI solutions (e.g., Archie, Trust Stream, agentic workflows).
• Internal Transformation & Change
• Ø  Role-model and champion AI-enabled ways of working through showcases and training.
• Ø  Apply Edelman’s Account-Based Transformation approach to identify and scale automation.
• Ø  Deliver structured change programs using frameworks like ADKAR/Prosci.
• Ø  Track market-specific KPIs (e.g., time saved, workflow automation, model usage).
• Ø  Present monthly adoption reviews with leadership to identify opportunities and remove blockers.
• Client Enablement & Commercial Impact
• Ø  Support client pitches and proposals with AI-powered offerings.
• Ø  Lead on localizing the launch of GEOSight and other solutions.
• Ø  Contribute to lighthouse programs and case studies with regional clients.
• Ø  Guide clients through AI adoption journeys, with a focus on Trustworthy AI and communications.

What We’re Looking For?

• Experience & Background
• Ø  5–7 years in consulting, communications, marketing, or digital transformation roles.
• Ø  Demonstrated experience in AI, automation, or emerging technology enablement.
• Ø  Strong background supporting client delivery and new business development.
• Skills & Expertise
• Ø  Deep understanding of generative AI, data-driven comms, and workflow automation.
• Ø  Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Ø  Experience driving adoption across functions and multi-team environments.
• Ø  Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
