  • 3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all custodial, grounds, mechanical and facility needs
  • Maintain the building and grounds with custodial support as well as performing repairs and general maintenance
  • Prioritize and respond to service and maintenance requests using the Work Order program
  • Be responsible for facility budgets
  • Communicate well with contractors and vendors
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring our HVAC system
  • Inspect and be aware of conditions of buildings
  • Maintain order and safety for all working areas
  • Oversee and perform set up and tear down of facilities for services, meetings, conferences, events, and etc.
  • Logistically supporting many aspects of campus events
  • Special projects as assigned by the Campus Pastor and Central Director of Facilities
  • Support and enforce all CF policies, OSHA regulations and CF CORE values
  • Assist with response to all emergencies and alarm calls
  • Commit to a life that reflects the CF Core Values
  • Develop, support and lead facilities Dream Team
  • Safely operate vehicles, tools and equipment
