  • 10+ years of relevant experience in implementing KYC, AML, or Sanctions technologies in scaled companies
  • Compliance policy, product or engineering experience in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency
  • Experience in RegTech or Fintech companies preferred
  • Creative product mind and problem solver
  • Experience designing compliance operational workflows
  • Self-starter with ability to put plans into motion
  • Experience mentoring other product managers
  • Highly quantitative, analytical, and business minded
  • Executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional team leaders
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a complex organization
  • Deep knowledge of traditional money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
  • Own the product strategy for Internal Tools and associated product roadmap
  • Lead the evolution of existing tools and systems
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate delivery of risk and compliance initiatives
  • Identify business opportunities, process gaps, and inefficiencies
  • Define product requirements and develop user stories for compliance functions
  • Own development and maintenance of documentation for internal tools and systems
  • Communicate product status, metrics, goals, and performance to stakeholders
  • Develop and report on KPIs/KRIs for internal and executive reporting
  • Present to regulators, examiners, and auditors during reviews
