- Ability to accurately document patient care and transcribe patient appointments is required.

- Accompany physicians during examinations and document medical histories, physical findings, and provider interactions.
- Record diagnoses, symptoms, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions.
- Transcribe physician orders, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and medications.
- Document procedures performed during patient visits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, complete electronic health records.
- Schedule and reschedule new and existing patient appointments.
- Contact patients proactively when earlier appointments become available due to cancellations or open slots.
- Schedule follow-up appointments during patient check-out or document why an appointment could not be scheduled before the patient leaves.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
- At least one year of Medical Scribe experience or related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
