Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Quality and Performance Improvement
Responsibilities
  • Researching, collecting, and analyzing key data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Supporting quality and patient safety initiatives that align with hospital-wide goals
  • Collaborating with teams across departments to implement performance improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Clinical Licensure (RN, PA, NP, MD, Nurse Midwife, RD, PT/OT, or PharmD)
  • Perioperative experience
  • PMP or Six-Sigma/Lean certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong data analytics skills
