Responsibilities
  • Product focus of 2+ Vendors
  • Understand where the vendor complements the partners existing Portfolio
  • Promote complementary Vendor solutions and articulate the Ignition Technology value proposition
  • Working to achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements
  • Key contact for the specified vendors within your remit, developing relationships at all levels of the Vendor organisation and being an extension of the vendor
  • Training and enablement of Ignition Technology ensuring any accreditations are maintained
  • Annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendors
  • Managing key accounts alongside the Account Managers
  • Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner meetings
  • Proactively work with channel team & marketing teams toRecruit, enable and drive new resellers Develop end user lead generation programs with resellers Implement sales & technical training programs
  • Ensure internal systems are update date with vendor pricelists, collateral, discount structures and processes
  • Producing monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for Ignition Technology & Vendor management
  • Drive the quarterly business plan working alongside the Account Manager and Vendor Channel Team
  • On-board vendor through training and enablement across all relevant departments
  • On-going training to educate the partner on new releases and competitive messaging
  • Support vendor focused activities, such as end user events and focus days
  • The point of contact for escalation

Exclusive Networks has launched Ignition in North America, an incubation and growth engine for emerging cybersecurity vendors. Announced at the RSA Conference, the programme provides specialised support to help innovative startups scale faster and expand market presence. Ignition offers white-glove support, demand generation, hyperscaler alignment and marketplace readiness to selected vendors. The initiative has already built a $250 million-plus business across Europe over the past decade. Initial North American participants include ExtraHop, Zluri, Docker, Sendmarc, PagerDuty and Meter. The programme focuses particularly on cloud-native and AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, providing partners earlier access to next-generation technologies whilst helping vendors accelerate market entry and revenue growth.
