- Experience working with a telemedicine start-up a plus!
- Answering patient queries via internal messaging and email
- Working with patients to provide affordable treatment solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Process incoming communication, including pharmacy refill requests and treatment compliance
- Resolving patient logistics and billing issues
