Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience (2+ Years of Exp.)
  • A strong command of the English language with meticulously good grammar
  • Experience with basic functionality of spreadsheets and Google Apps (Drive, Calendar, Excel)
  • Technology-oriented and comfortable using web tools and resources
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with patients and other parties on the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about healthcare and dermatology
  • Experience working with a telemedicine start-up a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Answering patient queries via internal messaging and email
  • Working with patients to provide affordable treatment solutions tailored to their individual needs
  • Process incoming communication, including pharmacy refill requests and treatment compliance
  • Resolving patient logistics and billing issues
