Requirements
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders including senior management, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experienced in optimizing processes and streamlining complex initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders for maximum efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when engaging with key stakeholders across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with customer storytelling, content creation processes that involve partnering with editorial and media studio teams, and/or marketing workflows is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required.
  • Proactive, results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage the process for streamlining impactful customer success assets, including written case studies, testimonials and quotes, social media, videos, and other content types.
  • Act as the central point of contact across marketing for customer stories and similar assets, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and creative teams to align on timelines, goals and messaging.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in from all key stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the production of customer success assets.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, proactively addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact and success of the customer storytelling program.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and the quality of customer success assets.
  • Implement tools and best practices to streamline communication and deliverables.
