Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and remain highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • At least 1 year of accounts payable or credit card coding experience.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely code assigned credit card transactions and vendor invoices for multiple entities and currencies.
  • Monitor and address queries from internal and external individuals, focusing on positive service and support.
  • Process purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices for projects or jobs, equipment, inventory, and general expenses.
  • Accurately code taxes on vendor invoices.
  • Review vendor statements regularly.
  • Handle other ad hoc requests as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Vista by Viewpoint experience.
