Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a IT Product Owner/Business Analyst, focusing on financial systems and processes
  • Deep understanding of all functions of the Finance processes like budgeting, forecasting, Financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • At least three Finance systems implementations experience in supporting Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Expert knowledge of at least one of the major financial systems like Anaplan, Hyperion, and Adaptive planning tools
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
