Requirements
  • Five to eight years of relevant machining experience.
  • Experience setting up and operating milling machines, lathes, computer numerical control machines, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Familiarity and skill with commonly used machine tools, including calipers and micrometers.
  • Familiarity with injection mold fabrication and assembly, including grinding and fitting.
  • Comfort with SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and three- and four-axis machining.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Demonstrated longevity and growth within previous positions.
Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate machining centers and lathes as jobs dictate.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with sinker and wire electrical discharge machining.
