  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years relevant experience of training, developing and executing learning programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator; able to train/present to a variety of audiences - warehouse, corporate, and executive level audience
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating, editing and administering training content and programs including team building and leadership workshops
  • Proficient in needs assessment analysis, roadmap design and implementation
  • Experience using LMS software
  • Highly organized with relentless attention to detail
  • Full proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite
  • Proven track record in complex manufacturing/production environments
  • An understanding of 'standard work' and 'lean principles', preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple functions within the organization
  • Proven track record of successfully managing shifting deadlines and priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Assess training needs for all Fulfillment Operations teams including Distribution Center, Delivery and Repair team members and 3PL contractors
  • Develop programs in line with business goals co-owning the strategy and road map execution with the entire Business Operations team
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for training and communicate the objectives to leadership in advance
  • Assess Training needs to enable operations to hit KPIs
  • Develop tiered certification learning programs for systems in partnership with SMEs and Instructional Design team
  • Prepare detailed project plans defining objectives, business requirements, timeline and expected results
  • Identify training or process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations that ensure all learning and development is equitably available to global team members as well as promote equity and belonging in all materials
  • Serve as a learning ambassador to promote and advocate for continued growth of learning initiatives within the company; cross functional partner with people team and other departments
  • Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure they make the most efficient use of company resources
  • Lead a team of Training Managers, identifying gaps in abilities and providing the tools and resources to support continued growth and development
  • Develop a cross-functional team environment that reflects a learning philosophy, encouraging continued growth and development
  • Serve as a Peloton culture ambassador, leading with our core values and ensuring that our core values are embedded in all learning programs
  • Ensure that new team members, and current Peloton team members learning new skills, quickly develop the knowledge and ability to settle in and become experts at what they do
  • Regularly visit sites to build relationships, evaluate needs, and partner for implementation of pilot initiatives
  • 25% Travel
