Responsibilities
  • Provides technical guidance and expertise regarding databases that are critical to the school/department.
  • Serves as department subject matter expert on database and acts as liaison between department and other university departments as well as vendor.
  • Maintains, updates and enhances the system to support department needs including configuration changes, system testing, user documentation and implementation.
  • Makes recommendations on system enhancements.
  • Extracts data as requested by department; integrates data into reports, surveys or other financial information for analysis and reporting.
  • Modifies and updates existing database queries to adapt to office needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
