JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Coordinator at the Jupiter locationassists in the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds. The Facilities Coordinator cares for the day-to-day maintenance of buildings and grounds, partners with staff, and builds volunteer teams to serve alongside them. All candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, and be able to commute to other worksites as directed by Central Facilities leadership. This is a full-time, salary (non-exempt) position.

JOB DUTIES:
- Serves as the Project Manager on capital projects and is responsible for executing the overall project accordingly
- Leads and develops Facilities staff and volunteer teams.
- Resource Facilities staff and volunteer teams with materials, technology, training, and moral encouragement.
- Actively process and prioritize Work Orders
- Build and communicate weekly team schedule
- Oversee and engage in setup and tear-down of facilities for services, meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. on and off campus.
- Maintain the building and grounds with custodial support as well as minor repairs and general maintenance.
- Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc.
- Logistically supporting many aspects of campus events (i.e. Christmas, 4th Saturday Serve)
- Special projects as assigned by the Campus Pastor and/or Central Director
- Safely operate vehicles, power tools and equipment
- Assist with response to all emergencies and alarm calls
- Assist in programming and monitoring our HVAC system
- Continually inspect and be aware of building conditions
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Assist with and perform tasks, projects and work assigned by Central Facilities
Jupiter Building SpecsFacility Size: 29,763 sq. ft. total (Main building 20,316 sq. ft + Second Building 9,447 sq. ft.)
Property Size: 4.23 acres total | Including parking and outdoor gathering areas.
Key Spaces: Worship Center (500 seats), classrooms, offices, café, and multipurpose rooms
Building Systems: HVAC, lighting, Fire & Life Safety, Irrigation, and access control managed through digital systems
Vendors: HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, irrigation, Fire Monitoring, and security monitoring
Weekly Use: 6 days/week for worship services, midweek ministries, and special events
OTHER DUTIES:May require travel to other campuses or locations within +/- (1) hour of Jupiter, FL.
- Assist in special projects assigned by the Central Facilities Director.
- Duties include, but are not limited to, project coordination, systems management, and general facilities tasks.
- All Central Facilities assignments will be issued in coordination with and consideration of Jupiter campus’ schedule and needs.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience
