Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed company sales, volume, gross profit, and distribution goals across all territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Drive execution of sales priorities by leading, coaching, and holding Area Sales Managers accountable.
  • Support market-level execution of promotions, supplier programs, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are modeled and delivered consistently by the sales organization.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement sales strategies that maximize growth and profitability.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, supplier meetings, and trade shows.
  • Uphold all company quality standards, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance across the sales team.
  • Uphold company culture, values, and expectations by modeling professionalism, accountability, and leadership in every aspect of the role.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Area Sales Managers and build succession plans to strengthen future leadership.

Sundermann named Citizen of Year by GJ Chamber

Sundermann named Citizen of Year by GJ Chamber. The Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce named Brigitte Sundermann its Citizen of the Year during its annual banquet Feb. 27 at the Grand Junction Convention Center. Sundermann's award was one of four the chamber bestows annually, recognizing excellence in business and community leadership. The other honorees were: * Young Professional of the Year: Nick Gumpert. * Small Business of the Year: Maid 2 Impress. * Large Business of the Year: High Country Beverage. The Chamber also recognized outgoing board leadership, including 2025 Board Chair Evan Walton and board members Frank Lindemann, Kelly Johnston and Ed Krey, for their dedicated service and commitment to advancing the chamber's mission. The Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce offered the following summaries about each of its four award recipients: Citizen of the Year - Brigitte Sundermann The Chamber's Citizen of the Year award recognizes an individual whose leadership and service have made a lasting impact on the Grand Junction community.
