Job Description

With a high degree of independent decision-making capability and minimum supervision, the Director of Technical Product Management, Cloud Services will be
responsible for the following job duties:

Management, Cloud Services will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Buildout Aerospike cloud service offerings.
2. Analyze and evaluate complementary and competitive products and solutions.
3. Work directly with customers and partners, leverage feedback as a key component of the product and roadmap planning.
4. Work with different partners like AWS, Google, Microsoft, VMware, RedHat and product teams to socialize and share product
requirements, product positioning, and customer value for Aerospike Cloud Services.
5. Write cloud technical requirements and outline detailed user stories from inception to product delivery.
6. Work closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and Program Management to ensure product availability worldwide at major
product launch.
7. Build GTM technical collateral such as cloud tutorials, scripts, demos and white papers.
8. Lead and encourage our team by enabling high performance and removing obstacles to the attainment of their objectives.
9. Manage decision-making across cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive business agility and growth.
10. Implement best-in-class product management processes to increase team velocity, quality, and accountability.

This position requires a master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or
closely related field and three (3) years professional experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Developer,
or closely related occupation.
Must have experience with: Linux container technologies (Kubernetes, or Docker); product marketing; and program
management.
Salary: $220,000 - $230,000 to per year; full-time.
