Requirements
  • Experience in Network Architecture and Infrastructure management
  • Ability to translate business or client requirements into network designs
  • Experience in guiding implementation engineers and resolving complex network incidents

  • Experience in creating and maintaining system design documentation including High and Low level designs

Responsibilities
  • Translate business or client requirements into cost-effective network designs
  • Guide implementation engineers to transition designs into operation
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex network incidents
  • Define technical strategy and procedures for network infrastructure design and support
  • Standardize and simplify existing network infrastructure
  • Form effective technical project teams and manage resources
  • Ensure network infrastructure remains supportable and performs to requirements
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of network infrastructure
  • Review working practices for continuous improvement
  • Participate in solution design for bid and proposal efforts
  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Test Teams to leverage tools and techniques
  • Create, update, and maintain system design documentation
  • Support project deployments and critical incidents with out of hours working
