The Digital Twin, Architect Opportunity

Our Architect will develop BIM Revit models with prevision and dealing (LOD 400), collaborate closely with the project team to coordinate and refine building elements for factory production and work closely with MEP, BIM, and QC teams.

What you’ll do at Veev

• Develop BIM Revit models with exceptional precision and detailing (LOD 400), ensuring seamless coordination with all other disciplines to serve as the foundation for permit sets, manufacturing drawings, and construction sets.

• Collaborate closely with the project team to coordinate and refine building elements for factory production and construction purposes.

• Assume ownership of specific tasks and project deliverables, playing an integral role within the project team.

• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with our in-house structural, MEP, BIM, and QC team, as well as other departments, such as PLM, Data, and Operations.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to devise efficient fabrication tasks, actively participating in the development of project-specific solutions and details that leverage Veev’s innovative technologies.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• Expertise with a minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated practical experience and a profound understanding of construction methods and materials.

• Proven experience in task management, scheduling, and prioritization.

• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential.

• Outstanding teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong technical acumen and a keen interest in developing building details.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

• Prior construction experience.

• Ability to travel Internationally.

Advantages

Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location, is $105,000-$125,000 annually for Hayward, CA, and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
