Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in relevant STEM field (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics)
  • 5+ years experience in managing technical hardware projects with internal and external facing customers
  • Strong knowledge of government contract mechanisms, regulations, compliance, export, and security requirements
  • Exposure to metallic materials selection criteria and experience in evaluating candidate materials for challenging applications
  • Excellent command of metallurgical non-destructive evaluation, testing and characterization methods
  • Experience with MES, ERP systems, and working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing related to engineering drawing interpretation and review
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, JIRA)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • U.S. citizen, born or naturalized
