Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working as an External Sales/Wholesaler in the RIA/Alternatives Investments vertical or at an Investment Bank focused on Structured Products
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process
  • Able to communicate and sell sophisticated and complex investment strategies
  • Able to manage and sell numerous investment offerings simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Series 7 & 63 license required
Responsibilities
  • Effectively cultivate and grow advisory relationships across the U.S.:
  • Build new relationships and continue to develop iCapital's existing relationships
  • Partner with other iCapital salespersons to drive the entire sales process, including expanding the current list of clients. Broaden the opportunity set by developing communication and relationships with new prospects
  • Work alongside the Alternatives Distribution Managing Director and ODS's Senior Management team to provide feedback and input into marketing materials, communication initiatives, and new product offerings
  • Continuously target, build, and maintain partnerships with clients in the Alternative Investments and Structured Products verticals
  • Collaborate with iCapital's Key Accounts team to identify additional broker-dealer relationships
  • Seek out clients interested in the creation of new custom SMA strategies
Desired Qualifications
  • The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance
