Pay Range:
$36.00 - $54.35
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Team Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing leadership team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven leaders who provide clinical expertise and guidance while coordinating nursing activities to ensure quality patient care. The Team Lead RN oversees staffing, facilitates communication across departments, leads quality and education initiatives, and supports the orientation and development of new team members.
Position Specifics:
Department: Medical Surgical and ICU
Core Function: Nursing
Schedule: Twelve hour shifts; 11 am to 11 pm; every 4th weekend
Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital
Location: Effingham, IL
Compensation: Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
- Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years nursing experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) using the Emergency Cardiopulmonary Care through Resuscitation Quality Improvement QI completed within 30 days of hire is required.
