Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on private / public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (ADO), and best practices.
  • Experience managing & growing technical leaders and teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent education or work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders from Capacity Planning, IaaS, PaaS, Performance & Reliability, and others to understand program requirements, ensure alignment and influence teams to deliver against the project plans.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and monitor detailed end-to-end cloud infrastructure project plans across datacenter operations, supply chain logistics, planning, tooling and contracts management.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Responsible for people management – hiring, growing and developing the team through hands on training and coaching.
  • Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
