Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Build and own a high-performance revenue engine for mid-market sales.
• Work with sales leadership to generate demand and pipeline of opportunities.
• Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales expectations.
• Demonstrated success in carrying a quota.
• Familiarity with Salesforce our CRM, and other sales tools like chorus, and pandadoc.
• Meaningfully contributing to team meetings, training, policies, strategy and culture

Requirements

• 3+ years in MidMarket AE role at an early stage startup and or SaaS
• You love data – you make decisions that are backed up by numbers
• Strong intrapersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attentive, considerate, inquisitive and empathetic to othersExceptional time management skills
