Requirements
  • Current Senior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics, Management) with a 3.0 GPA minimum
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
  • Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our logistics and supply chain operation
  • Create and deliver communication plans with external partners including suppliers, logistics, Wayfair’s proprietary freight forwarding service (CastleGate Forwarding), and external 3rd party logistics companies (3PL)
