Bitcoin Depot is seeking a highly motivated ERM Analystto join its Compliance team. The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)  Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer with implementing and supporting the Company’s ERM program including:

• ERM Framework and Methodology; 
• Corporate Governance and Standards;
• Business Continuity and Planning;
• Third Party Risk Management;
• Model Risk Management;
• Loss Prevention / Asset Protection; 
• BitAccess Operator Risk Management; 
• Self-Testing; 
• Training;
• Enterprise Wide Risk Assessments; and
• Operational Risk.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

The employee will be responsible for partnering developing and implementing the ERM Framework as well as partnering with impacted business units to ensure that ERM programs function as intended.    This includes (but is not limited to):

• Implementing the ERM program by gathering and analyzing supporting documentation related to training, self-testing, and other related programs that require periodic reviews; 
• Develop workpapers, draft findings, and track findings when necessary; 
• Maintains organized and accurate record keeping with the ability to create understandable tracking for use by multiple parties; 
• Facilitates quarterly training, self testing, and operator review plans; 
• Understands to escalate fraudulent or  suspicious activity to investigations; and 
• Complete quality control of documentation, as needed. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field;
• Two or more years of ERM related experience; 
• Excellent oral, written, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and rules impacting the financial services and crypto currency industries;
• Sound understanding of compliance and operational risks and internal control frameworks;
• Strong analytical / research skills coupled with ability to effectively summarize findings in a succinct and organized manner;
• Ability to grasp complex processes quickly and be able to identify risks and compensating controls;
• Excellent problem solving abilities and results oriented; able to make decisions independently; and

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
