  • 3+ years of design, construction, development or project management experience, within healthcare in an institutional setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance or a related field

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
  • Manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
  • Understand contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals
  • Understand and monitor project budget and schedule including updating and maintaining web-based project controls
  • Oversee and review the development of construction drawings and bid documents
  • Effectively establish, direct and document project meetings
  • Successfully engage with stakeholders to present the project status and anticipate issues
  • Actively anticipate and document potential changes to the budget or schedule
  • Review and approve monthly invoices for contractors and consultants
  • Observe and report on construction and safety-related issues
  • Proactively manage the project close-out process to a successful completion
  • Proactively seek out and represent PMA in networking and business development opportunities
