Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management – Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients of the firm
Market Research – Provide clients with relevant market insights about certain economic indicators, market trends, potential investment opportunities, etc.
Trade Execution – Ensure efficient execution of block orders via RFQ platforms or voice, as well as working orders for our clients. Assist clients with pre/post-trade information as needed
Risk Management – Work closely with clients to understand their risk parameters to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements
Collaboration – Work closely with our principal trading desks, serving as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and our external clients and partners. Cross-sell with other global trading desks within Old Mission (non-US ETFs, ADRs, equities)

About the position

Old Mission is looking for a Fixed Income Sales Trader who will help build and maintain meaningful trading relationships on behalf of the firm. The Fixed Income Sales Trader will work with our institutional clients to manage and execute their trading strategies, leveraging Old Mission’s technology and global trading desks to deliver a positive and consistent experience.
