Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Passion for raising the standard of healthcare
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 of your 7+ years of experience were in management consulting, high growth startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
  • Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
  • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and database querying (SQL)
Responsibilities
  • Own strategic projects to improve the health of the All-Included Care & Navigation business from a growth, product performance, efficiency, and member value perspective - this includes defining the problem and analyses, and synthesizing learnings in a way that drives organizational action & change
  • Drive ongoing operational review for the All-Included Care & Navigation business line; partner with cross functional stakeholders to design and operate review processes and develop correction of error plans, as appropriate
  • Partner with product and operations to solve key business problems and drive change
  • Partner with finance and go-to-market teams to develop business and growth plans
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis for the All-Included Care & Navigation business line
  • Support product packaging and product pricing
  • Build, monitor and analyze the health of the All-Included Care & Navigation business line through dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
  • Conduct market research and partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities that will help us scale even further
