  • Provides contact lists of local and national community organizations that s/he has worked with previously
  • Experience in managing a multimillion-dollar budget

  • Assess the skills and passions of individual players and coaches and translate those into meaningful community programming and interactions
  • Coordinate community and corporate appearances for uniformed staff on the club's behalf, including unpaid and paid events. Including, but not limited to, hospital visits, sponsor activations and meet and greets, baseball clinics, speaking engagements, and other similar events both at the park and off-site
  • Create, implement, and execute new ideas to fills these gaps in programming and/or outreach for different causes
  • Create new experiences that can be used as auction/raffle prizes for non-profit organizations to help fundraising goals
  • Manage a department of full-time and seasonal staff
  • Attend Spring Training in Fort Myers, Florida to form relationships with team as well as get thousands of items signed for non-profit use
  • Manage the Community and Player Relations budget
