We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role will focus on configuring, integrating, and continuously improving HR platforms such as UKG Pro and WFM, Greenhouse, Assembly, Culture Amp, and Lattice to streamline HR workflows, ensure compliance with HR policies, and enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
