Requirements
  • A BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience, depending on level of education.
  • Analytical abilities.
  • Understanding of United States Marine Corps tactics.
  • Ability to work with multiple branches of military expertise, including Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, and Aviation.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing the ROSTER/Order of Battle and create reports from exercise data.
  • Lead the development of after-action reviews and the Take Home Package.
  • Operate a desktop WinEXCON system to support the exercise and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation.
  • Adjust the training scenario as needed and make recommendations based on training objectives.
  • Monitor live video feeds and edit them for after-action review purposes.
  • Prepare reports, statistics, and materials to assist in after-action review execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a former United States Marine Corps officer or senior noncommissioned officer.
  • Experience in live training or simulations.
