Requirements
  • 7+ years of work experience and a consistent track record of excellence in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Product Management, BizOps, Strategy Consulting, or similar Operations roles.
  • A customer-first mindset and ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for structuring and solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution of solutions.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data analytics and other product development tools such as Productboard and Jira, using data to identify trends, generate insights, and solve problems.
  • A “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a New Product Introduction (NPI) program at Ridgeline, partnering with stakeholders across Product Management, Product Strategy, Customer Experience, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to define and scale the program in support of major product launches.
  • Partner with Ridgeline’s Technical Release Manager and Technical Writing team to support product launch timelines, approvals, and communications.
  • Build and maintain Ridgeline’s product catalog, closely aligning with Sales Operations and Strategy to ensure it remains a source of truth for customer-facing teams.
  • Support the creation of sales enablement and value engineering materials by tapping into relationships with Product Management, providing insight into product roadmaps and upcoming launches.
  • Scale the feedback loop of user insights from customers and front-line teams to Product Management, helping to shape the product roadmap and communicate timeline changes to GTM teams.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency.
