  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Ability to undergo a background investigation by the U.S. Government and meet eligibility requirements for suitability
  • 12+ years of work experience in relevant management positions
  • Experience managing federal contracts
  • Experience managing BPA or IDIQ contracts for the government
  • Demonstrated history of interfacing with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Exceptional management and leadership skills
  • Experience with human-centered design principles and adoption of Agile mindset
  • Acute attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint, Atlassian Product Suite, and virtual collaboration tools
Responsibilities
  • Manage a BPA by providing strategic support to multiple call orders/projects
  • Be accountable for the success of the BPA
  • Serve as point of escalation for project and program risks and issues
  • Engage and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports
  • Identify business development opportunities
  • Support the preparation of call order price quotes and proposal content
  • Provide hands-on management to multiple projects under call order(s)
  • Guide other project managers and scrum masters
  • Coach and mentor project teams
  • Ensure quality of work aligned with Bixal standards
  • Track call order budgets and provide regular project reporting
  • Curate and present information in front of stakeholders
  • Advocate for and implement best practices
  • Oversee staffing assignments and participate in recruiting activities
