Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Part qualified CIMA
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • FP&A experience
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities
  • Provide Finance support for UKIR Commercial team
  • Provide on-going strategic review of product sales & profitability trends to support pricing and investment decisions, measure sales force effectiveness, and drive revenue growth faster than market growth rates
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes in areas such as pricing, discounting, product line profitability, payment terms, and market share
  • Loading of data into various Corporate systems for Flash, budget, Forecast etc
  • Customer/ key account commercial strategy metrics and follow-up
  • Coordinate weekly Flash outlook submissions, with Risks and Opportunities; understand weekly changes, challenge as appropriate, develop countermeasures to ensure attainment of financial goals
  • Partner to develop Long Range Business Plans, quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans
  • Work with Service and Rental Managers to drive improvements in profitability of the service and rental business. Drive accuracy, consistency, and completeness of service reporting in the region with global standards
  • Work with Credit & collections and validate specific requirements for potential Bad Debts coverages
  • Collaborate with Operations Finance team regarding the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP or S&OP) to ensure alignment between manufacturing production, distribution company stocking, & sales company purchasing needs in order to optimize working capital and On-Time Delivery
  • Drive accuracy and completeness of reporting by product line & destination
  • Analysis of sales channel performance - direct vs. indirect, understanding growth opportunities
  • Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly internal reports and presentations to all levels of management and employees regarding sales and margin trends
  • Production of annual budget and quarterly forecast, engaging with key stakeholders across the business
  • Analysis and support of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects: Provides detailed analysis to support CI projects i.e., overtime, labour absorption, cost recovery, overspend, transport etc
