Internship Term: Summer 2024

Rivian internships are experiences optimized for student candidates. To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between Fall 2024 and 2027

This role will support analytics for supply chain. This intern will be using various data and tools to drive actionable insights for procurement, material planning, logistics, supply chain engineering and manufacturing.

• Define requirements with stakeholders, determine critical path to deliver desired results necessary to execute business process or actionable decision utilizing data.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide valuable insights through various methods; data validation, ad-hoc reports and automation, dashboards etc. (SQL, DBTCloud, Tableau).
  
• Willing to dive into the details on tactical execution and support projects with team members.
  
• Approaches challenges with customer centric methodology, provides transparent objective feedback and supports resolution with cross functional team members.
  
• Support manual reporting and automation of production tasks for: SAP (MRP, Inventory, BoM Analysis), TMS (materials & finished vehicles) and Internal Applications.
  
• Create ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders to support tactical and strategic initiatives.

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university
• Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• Experience or studies in following business fields within Supply Chain: Material Planning, Logistics, Production Control, Packaging
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Internships: The range of pay for internships is 25.00-51.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, and other factors permitted by law.

Rivian provides robust wellness benefits, and a medical insurance package for interns, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
