Responsibilities
  • Build and iterate on the new unified maps framework on Android
  • Guide and teach the team about usage and best practices in working with the mapping layer
  • Directly partner with product and design to create best-in-class mapping experiences
  • Work with broader architecture groups to define the direction of technology and align future development with it
  • Help improve the mobile engineering team's overall ability to work at high velocity
