OVERVIEW
The CAA London office is looking for a HRIS / Workday Analyst to join our growing HR Operations team. The primary focus of this person will be the support, maintenance and configuration of the CAA Workday system in compliance with HR department requirements Internationally. The role will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas with key focus to ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, internal and external customer training, and report writing. The role also supports the wider HR department to comply with relative policies and procedures, time-tracking and absence, applicant tracking, onboarding and other HR processes as assigned.
Job duties to include but not limited to:
- Working closely with our Senior HRIS Analyst based in London, and the wider HRIS team in the US. This role will support the maintenance and development of Workday and its data Internationally.
- Support International HR including, but not limited to, investigating and resolving Workday problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries (including time-tracking, onboarding, etc.) utilising appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing internal and external customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data.
- Assists in developing written user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients and HR staff on new processes/functionality.
- Provides day-to-day customer service, triage and system support to existing and new system users in support of timely and accurate data in Workday.
- Trains internal and external customers on system functionality including but not limited to holiday pay, recruiting, job changes, reporting, etc.
- Performs set up and audit of various HR data. Accountable for maintaining data integrity for systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of employee workflows and data entry into Workday.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous experience with Workday configurations.
- Proven HR systems experience with Workday areas such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Dashboards and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data (preferred recruiting and learning management skills).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be an effective communicator, verbally and written.
- Previous exposure to project-related activities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and engage others.
- Self-starter, who isn’t afraid to take ownership of work, enjoy challenges and is passionate about continuous process improvements that enhance CAA’s values and service proposition.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to build business relationships at all levels.
