Requirements
  • Master degree in Social Work or other comparable clinical Master degree program
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Montana
  • American Heart Association BLS
Responsibilities
  • Key services include but are not limited to: brief psychosocial assessment, brief drug and alcohol assessment, crisis intervention, hold assessment, inpatient diversion, care coordination and communication with medical team, family, referents, access community-based providers, and transitions of care/ discharge planning.
  • Works both independently and collaboratively as part of a interdisciplinary team.
  • Provides behavioral health consultations by supporting or assisting practitioners, family members and patients.
  • Provides focused, effective and evidence-based interventions.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • MHPP eligible
  • 3-5 years of experience in Crisis Intervention, Psychiatric Emergencies, Safety Planning, and/or Level of Care Placement
